This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled by Giga Digital Services Hub for all digital services provided, including but not limited to website development, app development, and UI/UX design. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

Service Nature
All our services are customized and initiated only after thorough consultation and agreement with the client. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific terms.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the project or service has been initiated, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Partial refunds may be considered only if the project has not yet commenced or if a valid reason is presented and accepted by Giga Digital Services Hub.

Any refund request must be made in writing to
gigadigitalserviceshub@gmail.com
within 3 days of payment.

If Refund is approved by KRISHNA PRASAD NIMMALA will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 -10 Working days.

Cancellation Policy

Projects can be cancelled only before development or design has started.

Once work has commenced, cancellation will not be permitted, and no refund will be issued.

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team.

Payments via PhonePe

Payments made via PhonePe follow PhonePe’s policies. Giga Digital Services Hub does not store or control PhonePe transactions.

Any disputes or failed transactions through PhonePe must be raised with PhonePe support directly.

Giga Digital Services Hub will provide necessary documentation to assist you in such cases if needed.
